पतित पावनी पुण्य सलिला, जीवन प्रदायिनी माँ गंगा की रमणरेती के तट पर अवस्थित बाबुजी बसन्तलाल अग्रवाल जी के लक्ष्य को सामने रखकर गणमान्य प्रबुद्ध, दानशील एवं समाज सेवी महानुभावों के अथक प्रयासों के कारण इस विद्यालय की स्थापना दिनांक 24 जून सन् 2009 दिन बुधवार, सम्वत् 2066 अषाढ़ शुक्ल नवमी तिथि को स्व० बाबूजी बसन्तलाल अग्रवाल जी की स्मृति में की गयी । तभी से यह विद्यालय निरन्तर प्रगति के पथ पर अग्रसर हो रहा है तथा बच्चों को उच्च स्तरीय शिक्षा प्रदान करने में विद्यालय का अपना एक विशेष स्थान रहा है
